Packaging and Recycling
At Sleep Tight Babies we are trying our best to be eco friendly. We hope to have recycled satchels soon. We will not use bubble-wrap unless your purchase is breakable.

You will be provided with a tracking number.
If your tracking information has reported a successful delivery but you have not received it please contact Australia Post at 13 POST (13 7678).
Please understand that we can’t take responsibility for lost/missing packages that have been successfully delivered to the shipping address provided with your order.
We want you to love your product and we hope you receive it in perfect condition. Occasionally, a product gets delivered that is faulty or is in a damaged condition. If this happens please email us at email@example.com with all the details of your order and your item and we be in touch to arrange the return and replacement if required. We undertake to replace any product delivered to you that is faulty or is in a damaged condition.
Our goods come with guarantees that cannot be excluded under the Australian Consumer Law. You are entitled to a replacement or refund for a major failure and compensation for any other reasonably foreseeable loss or damage. You are also entitled to have the goods repaired or replaced if the goods fail to be of acceptable quality and the failure does not amount to a major failure.
Battery Operated Devices
Before returning a battery operated product which you consider faulty, we require that you have tested your item with brand new quality batteries and not batteries from other devices. Most ‘faults’ are due to battery issues, such as the use or poor-quality batteries, mixing old and new batteries or batteries simply running flat. If you item is returned and found to be a battery issue, a return postage fee will apply for the return of the item to you.
Choosen the wrong product?
If you have chosen the incorrect product we are happy to provide an exchange as long as the item is returned unused and in original unopened packaging, within 14 days of purchase. Please note SALE items are not included in this policy.
Hygiene products such as Dummies, Bibs, Teethers, Bottles, Teats, Cloth Nappies, Oral Care products, Swim nappies, Brolly products, Therapee and other similar products are not included in this policy.
Please download the below form and return it with your goods to the address below. Please note: return postage on non-faulty purchases must be covered by the purchaser, plus an additional postage fee to have a replacement sent back out.
